Why Ratanakiri tour and trek?

+ We are situated at village Phum boun, Commune Kachanh (2 km north of Banlung city.)

How do I reach Ratanakiri?
From the Phnom-phen airport you can take a taxi to the riverside it costs $9, you can also download an app- to book a taxi or tuk-tuk. It's a much cheaper option, At Riverside there are a lot of travel companies/agencies which provide bus, van or private van services. Ticket cost between $10 - $20 per traveler. Buses usually are overnight. It takes around 10 hours to reach Banlung city. Once you are here let us know, and we will come and pick you up.
What all do i need to carry for the jungle trek?

THINGS TO BRING FOR TREKKING -

* A travelers Bag Pack
* Clothes - full sleeves t-shirts, long socks, Long trousers, A sleeping dress, bathing suit, etc.
* Toiletries - mosquitoes/insect repellent, toilet paper, toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.
* Sturdy boots, flip-flops
* Hat or cap, suns cream,
* Head touch, power bank,
* first-Aid kit, water purifying droplets/pills (up to you) energy bars, etc.

## Don't worry if you forget to bring something. We can always do a last minute supply check and visit market.
## A porter can be utilized in case of too much stuff (It will be charged extra)

**IMPORTANT NOTE**
Please, you are responsible for your personal stuff from fall damage, rain/water damage, and loosing or missing things on trek or tour: such as phone, camera and other expensive /electronic equipment. Please look twice after belongings at every stop on the way.
Do the tricks such as - keep the count of numbers of bags and sharing responsibility: who's carrying what. Thank you

Do you provide private tour and trek and group treks ?

Yes,
If you are an individual, we will try and pair you up with another group. If this is not possible, and you still wish to do the trek, then we will have to charge you a single supplement at the rate of 90% of two people.
We can also run exclusive private groups, in which case you will be charged as if you were a group of 6 people.
We also do special discounts for schools and large corporate groups.
Treks run all throughout the year, through both wet and dry season.
Q-How much do you charge for the tours and treks?
We have different prices for different treks and tours. Price usually goes down if there are more travelers in number, and it goes further down if your stay is longer. Base price is $30/Per day/Per person*

Q- How much do you charge for Wooden hut and Dormitory?
Wooden Hut - Suitable for 2 people and with attached western bathroom - $4
Dormitory - With a private shelf for valuables, shared western bathroom(s) - $2

Q- What kid of food is served at homestay?
Its a homestay so YOU eat with us the meal which is cooked for the day. However you want something special you can always order and we will bring it for you. meal usually include Non vegetarian dish with rice and a vegetarian dish. you should ley us know after you arrive if you are a vegetarian
Cambodian eat a lot of meat so Most of the food served will be Non vegetarian BUT if you are vegetarian you can order either a meal from out side or ingredients /vegetables and cook for yourself and share if you like. (Extra will be charged for ingredients/vegetables )
Q-Do you serve alcoholic / nonalcoholic beverages?
Yes we serve Coffee Inhouse. However for guests we get Beer/Soft drink /Energy drinks/Local alcoholic drink (strong).
Do you provide insurance ?
No
How can I commute from homestay to a different location?
No worries, we can arrange moto, bike or scooter for you. If you are not into driving: a tuk tuk for travel can be arranged. We can also drop and pick you up from your location in the city.

About Us
After working a long time for others, and by being in direct contact with travellers, we have learnt a lot about; what tourists like and dislike. So, We finally decided to organize our own tours and treks to provide the best tour and trekking experience. We ourselves to have the most experienced & the best English-speaking Guides in Ratanakiri (Ban-lung city). And being local, we know the local languages of animist villages and are good friends with them. We are lucky enough to be friends with chefs of few different villages, and they are humble enough to Let us stay and share meals with them, they love to show their village(s) to tourist and share their experiences.
Furthermore, we have also built traditional wooden huts and a dormitory in our village far from the city to provide tourists with the most authentic Cambodian experience.
